Significance
Humayun`s tomb is the first garden-tomb in India. The design of the Taj Mahal is inspired from Humayun’s Tomb.

State of Preservation
Humayun`s tomb has protected its importance throughout the history, so it maintained its original purpose and form. The façades have been cleaned. The garden has been revitalized. A partnership with the Aga Khan Foundation and the ASI (Archaeological Survey of In India) to restore the tomb, started ın 2015 .
