Significance
Although its exact construction date and architect are unknown, this mausoleum was estimated to be built at the end of 11th century, ordered by Sultan Tekeş himself. From the historical resources, it has been understood that this single standing monument was once a part of a complex. In the excavation works, ruins belonging to some annex buildings were discovered, testifying this statement.

State of Preservation
In 1987, surroundings of the monument were reorganized and some of the demolished parts were restored.
